We offer free standard USPS ground shipping within the continental U.S.
Order Processing: Orders take 1-3 business days to process prior to shipment. This includes all inventory that is in-stock and excludes all Custom Shop orders.
Each item is carefully inspected and beautifully packaged in a jewelry box to protect the pieces and prevent damage during shipping
Delivery: Orders take 2-5 business days to ship to U.S. addresses. Shipping on Custom Shop orders are to be determined with an estimate.
Shipping to Canada and Mexico by First-Class Package International Service, additional fees apply. Customs and duty fees are customer's responsibility.
Additional Disclosure: Given the delicate nature of some items, there may be slight loosening of stones, jump rings, or pin loops over time. Tightening or adjustment may be required. Oxidization is a natural occurrence and may be cleaned in most cases. If you have any questions about care or adjustments, we are always here to help at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone.
You are welcome to bring your items to our Solana Beach location to be cleaned or adjusted, free of charge (excluding missing, broken parts or components).
Requesting a Return: If for any reason you are not satisfied and wish to make a return, please contact us via email at within 15 days of purchase date. We will be happy to refund you or to address your concerns.
Processing a Return: All returns must be properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping and must include the packing slip and/or receipt to receive a refund in the original form of payment (excluding shipping fees).
Quality Assurance: We stand by all of our products and will not charge for a repair within one year of purchase date, unless there is extensive damage due to wear and/or need to replace materials.
Due to the personalized nature of our Custom Shop orders, we do not offer returns on any custom items.
